Back To Fitness 3 Day Program Beginner/Getting back at it

This is the perfect program for a new person who is just starting out at the gym or someone who used to workout who is getting back to the gym after a long lay off. The volume (number of exercises increases as the workouts increase) This program is designed to get people used to using the equipment in the gym as well as adding strength and losing body fat.

This 3 day a week program is designed to be done with a day of rest in between workouts. A great split is Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

Make sure you are cleared by a doctor before starting any fitness program! This is a general program designed for healthy injury free adults, if you need a custom program please contact us to book a time with a trainer. 

 Intermediate 4 day Program

This is the perfect program for someone who has been working out for 6 months. There is a lot more volume and new people will experience muscles soreness from all the volume. This is a perfect blend of strength and conditioning with a focus on increasing muscles and losing fat.

This 4 day a week program is designed to be done with a day of rest after your upper and lower day. A great split is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.

 Belle's Lean & Mean Program

This 3 day a week program is designed to be done with a day of rest in between workouts. A great split is Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

We’re introducing a new program for people that are new to the gym and looking to get a quick 30 minute workout. The program is designed to increase in difficulty over time to get you comfortable with the equipment in the gym!
